FLU VACCINE: Please call the surgery to book your flu vaccination..

We are still seeing patients face to face.

Please discuss your medical problem with a doctor or a nurse on the phone before coming to the practice.

You will not be able to enter the building to see a doctor or nurse unless this has been arranged in advance. This is to safeguard the most vulnerable members of the community so that they can safely attend the practice

  •  Please remember that appointments last 10 minutes only so it would be helpful if you brought one problem at a time.

  • At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked for the reason to make sure that you will be booked with correct member of the clinical team. This is to save you time and the NHS resources.

  • If you cannot attend your appointment please make sure you cancel it in advance (at least 2 hours before appointment time) so we can offer the slot to someone else who needs it.

  • Be on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late the clinician will not see you. If you are between 5 and 10 minutes late you may need to wait to be seen, the clinician will firstly see patients who have arrived on time.
