Dr Basudev is a full-time partner. Qualified in 2003 from University College London. After working at Watford General and Mount Vernon Hospitals, he completed his General Practice training at Northwick Park Hospital. He started working at Springfield as a salaried GP in 2008 and became a partner in 2010. He is now Senior Partner at the practice. He has a special interest in Diabetes and is a GPwSI for the Lambeth Diabetes Intermediate Care Team. He is the Lambeth CCG Diabetes Lead and Clinical Director for Diabetes at the Health Innovation Network (South London Academic Health Science Network). as well as Out of Hospital Lead for the London Diabetes Clinical Network. He is a GP trainer and practice lead for medical student training.

Dr Ohletz is a full Partner and PCN lead, qualified in 1998 in ULM, Germany. She completed her general practice training in the UK (hospital posts in psychiatry, paediatrics, obstetrics & gynaecology, accident & emergency). She is particularly interested in women’s and child health, for which she has gained extra qualifications. She has completed her Diploma in Primary Care Mental Health in June 2016. She has worked at Glenroyd Medical Centre in Blackpool prior to joining Springfield Medical Centre as a salaried GP in January 2008. She has become a partner at the practice in 2015. She is the practice lead for women’s and child health, mental health and for safeguarding adults and children.
